Construction Supervisor
Employment Type: Full time
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or similar.
Experience in Oil and Gas construction or engineering projects.
Knowledge of fabrication, steel structures, and piping systems.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of safety regulations and Work Permit preparation work.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Responsible for supervising onshore/offshore fabrication and installation works.
Prepare PTW and submit site authorized personal to proceed daily activities.
Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients
Assign manpower for different activities
Delegating tasks and scheduling meetings and training sessions where required.
Supervises fabrication yard installation operations (piping installation).
Co-ordinates and interfaces between fabrication/installation and pre-fabrication activities.
Provides quantitative data for producing the progress reports

Experience in Oil and Gas construction or engineering projects.
Knowledge of fabrication, steel structures, and piping systems.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of safety regulations and Work Permit preparation work.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Responsible for supervising workshop & fabrication activities.
Reading fabrication drawings, instruct workers to prepare material and supervise them.
Plan for daily activities, weekly activities, discuss with superior for urgent activities for top priority projects and arrange manpower based on priority.
Attend toolbox Talk every morning before start work.
Liaise with supervisor to prepare PTW (if any) and submit site (workshop) authorized personal to proceed daily activities.
Supervise and advice if workers have issue (drawing, material, etc.)
Summarize the required material or shortage material and report to superior in advanced to take action.
Assign manpower different activities and perform all duties as assigned by management.
